Kim Spicer is President and Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Spicer provides corporate vision and direction and has overall day-to-day responsibility enabling a positive corporate culture that facilitates company success. As CEO, Ms. Spicer directs all technical, operational and financial aspects of the business. Ms. Spicer has over 25 years experience in both technology and defense industries working in finance and program management. Ms Spicer has also performed multiple M&A efforts with both small and large corporations and specializes in DCAA compliance.

Robert Corey is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Corey manages the operations group consisting of engineering, manufacturing, and quality. As COO, Mr. Corey provides supervision and leadership to ensure operations performance aligns with CEO direction and strategic goals. Mr. Corey is a licensed Professional Engineer and a certified Project Management Professional with over 25 years of experience in program and project management, product development and technical management of defense, IC and commercial business.
