Inventory Specialist

Spec Ops is looking for a motivated individual to play an important role in our company as an Inventory Specialist. This position requires knowledge of inventory systems, parts tracking databases, and material control best practices. The qualified candidate will work with purchasing, manufacturing, and quality control to maintain proper inventory levels, parts traceability, and ensure parts availability to meet production and delivery schedules.

Job Requirements:

• Previous inventory control experience, inventory management a plus.
  
• Proficient with parts data entry software. MAS 200 experience a plus.
  
• Demonstration of good communications skills, both oral and written, and ability to work with manufacturing, quality control, and purchasing personnel.
  
• Attends meetings and completes work as directed.
  
• Competent with Microsoft Office tools.
  
• US Citizenship Required.
  

Education and Experience:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree or higher education preferred.
  
• 5 years experience managing inventory.
