FIGHTER Contract
Contract Overview The Facilities,
Infrastructure, Geospatial, Homeland Security, Technical
Support Services and Environmental Requirements (FIGHTER)
contract (W912HZ-05-D-0013) delivers a comprehensive solution,
with an emphasis on services, software, hardware, and support.
FIGHTER is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)
contract, with a base period of four years with three two-year
option periods (September 2005 through September 30, 2015). The
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers awarded the FIGHTER contract to
Tyonek Native Corporation, an 8(a) Alaska Native Corporation.
FIGHTER serves as the replacement of the U.S. Navy’s
Installation Management Facilities CAD2 (IM/FCAD2) contract.
Who Can Use
The FIGHTER contract is managed by the
CADD/GIS Technology Center. The following partnering agencies
are authorized to purchase. Additional authorized buyers will
be added as other agencies join the Center as partners. The
partnering agencies include:

How to Use
Ordering Contracting Officers (CO) for
authorized buyers can place orders within the terms of this
contract and within the contracting officer’s authority.
Contracting Officers have the authority to place orders
directly against this contract (decentralized ordering) or
through the Vicksburg Consolidated Contracting Office (VCCO)
