Incident Command Post (ICP)

First Responder • Homeland Security • Military • COOP • Intelligence • Business Continuity

The Incident Command Post (ICP) was developed as a pre-positioned, highly functional C2 system that can be easily transported and rapidly deployed in a variety of environments..  Through our versatile Video Distribution Units (VDU), these systems allow the user to quickly and easily manage and manipulate virtually any inputs to any desired outputs within the operations center.  With 2 microphone inputs and a video teleconference (VTC) system, the user is able to conduct meetings and large group debriefings as well as incorporate video scaling to watch either a DVD and/or satellite TV feeds complete with audio for both. The system can be managed remotely with Spec Ops’ proprietary software, AV Commander, that is installed in the VDU and controlled either through a Windows enabled laptop or the laptop that is included in the VDU (optional).

For Military Applications the ICP provides commands with a compact, rapidly deployable C2/C4ISR system for tent, fixed wall, aircraft hanger, armory or shipboard applications.

For Homeland Security applications the ICP provides emergency responders with a rapidly deployable, pre-positioned system that is easily stored and quickly assembled in an EOC, gymnasium, aircraft hanger, firehouse, tent or building.
