Spec Ops officially awarded IDIQ FIGHTER contract with Tyonek, 8a Alaskan Native Corporation

Spec Ops announced today that it is officially onboard the FIGHTER contract with Tyonek, 8a Alaskan Native Corporation, for the procurement of all Spec Ops manufactured products.

The Facilities, Infrastructure, Geospatial, Homeland Security, Technical Support Services and

Environmental Requirements (FIGHTER) contract (W912HZ-05-D-0013) delivers a comprehensive

solution, with an emphasis on services, software, hardware, and support. FIGHTER

is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a base period of four years

with three two-year option periods (September 2005 through September 30, 2015). The U.S.

Army Corps of Engineers awarded the FIGHTER contract to Tyonek Native Corporation, an

8(a) Alaska Native Corporation. FIGHTER serves as the replacement of the U.S. Navy’s

Installation Management Facilities CAD2 (IM/FCAD2) contract.
