Kim Spicer is President, Chief Executive Officer and an equity holder. Ms. Spicer provides corporate vision and direction and has overall day-to-day responsibility enabling a positive corporate culture that facilitates company success. As CEO, Ms. Spicer directs all technical, operational and financial aspects of the business. Ms. Spicer has over 25 years experience in both technology and defense industries, working in finance and program management. Ms. Spicer has a proven track record of management with large and small corporations, public and private equity sectors as a CEO, CFO, and Director of Finance. Ms. Spicer has also performed numerous M&A efforts and specializes in DCAA compliance.
Robert Corey is Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and an equity holder. Mr. Corey manages the operations group consisting of engineering, manufacturing, field support and quality. As COO, Mr. Corey provides supervision and leadership to ensure operation performance aligns with CEO direction and strategic goals. Mr. Corey has over 25 years of experience in technical management, operations management, program and project management. Mr. Corey graduated from General Motors Institute with a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management. Mr. Corey is a Licensed Professional Engineer, a Project Management Institute certified PMP and former adjunct at the United States Naval Academy, Division of Engineering and Weapons where he taught engineering kinematics and machine design.
Brad O. Stobb is Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Stobb works closely with both equity partners in developing and executing SOI business strategy and corporate goals. Mr. Stobb is responsible for short-term revenue streams and executing long-term corporate strategy. He directs SOI business development efforts and manages customer relations. Mr. Stobb is located in Fayetteville, NC and is a retired U.S. Army 1SG with over 10 years of business development and military sales experience.
